Unfortunately I am going to have to return this. It won't pair with either my phone or my husbands phone. Maybe just a defective hat. Will reorder and update my review if next hat is successful.

My husband has used this to go running this past cold, Utah winter. He likes having the music in his hat as he had previously tried wearing earbuds with a hat over it and it was uncomfortable. It connects easily and consistently to his iPhone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the speakers slides to the top baggy part of the hat on occasion (when not in use) and he has to feel around and put it back in place before using the hat again.

I ordered this for my husband during the summer, (7/16) and kept it stored until this winter for him to use while shoveling, snowboarding, etc. We opened it up and now it doesn't work, at all. It never got man-handled or damp, or left in any extreme conditions, so I can't fathom why it wouldn't last a few months in storage.

I bought this as a christmas present for my stepson and he absolutely LOVED IT!! It was his absolute favorite toy (clothes) of christmas! The beanie has 2 built in stereo phones where your ears go and only you can hear your music via bluetooth from your phone or IPOD or any other bluetooth device. It needed charging right out of the box (as is usual) and it worked perfectly fine right after it was charged! He wears it every single day when he takes the bus and in class when they're allowed to and he gets to listen to the music he enjoys without bothering anyone else and also keeping his noggin warm! Would definitely buy this again! 10/10

The beanie itself is of nice quality and warm. The size is fine, you must have a very large head if this does not fit you. I did have to open the beanie to adjust the speakers so that I could use the buttons. Even after, it's hard to find a fit where the speakers sit on both your ears. The sound is similar to holding computer speakers to your head. Pretty loud, so loud in fact I hurt my ear the first time I messed around and stuck one of the speakers on my ear at full blast. Be careful when adjusting sound or you will do what I did. Overall, the beanie seems cool. Just don't do what I did and mess up your ear for a few days.
