Tasty transformation of avocado

Using the Mucho Guacamole packet a simple way to take large, fresh, ripe avocados and transform them into tasty guacamole for taco night. (Cut up the avocados and mix. Stir and let sit for a couple hours in the fridge so you don't get a gritty texture - the packet contents have to have time to work their magic.*Packet states 30 minutes, but I'd go at least 2 hours for no residual grit.) I also tend to throw in about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of sour cream and some fresh pico de gallo salsa to make it my own. I've had rave reviews from family and friends regarding 'my guacamole', and the seasonings in this packet are the base for it.
FYI...I purchase one packet at a local store for less than two dollars, so shop around!
