My hope was that this microfiber cover would have a surface like . . . you know . . . well . . . like microfiber. Instead it looks like vinyl. Vinyl may be the original microfiber material? What defines microfiber is the weaving of micro fibers, as the name implies. The actual faux leather plastics are not easily distinguishable by sight.

The microfiber difference is in the feel. While vinyl fabric has a hard and plastic tactile sensation, microfiber is soft to the touch and comfortable to grip.

It wasn't expensive, and it fits snugly after being stretched and wrestled into place. My stock rubber Escape steering wheel is fat to start and so now it's magnum, which is cool enough. It looks fine. Certainly, it's a tactile upgrade from the stock rubber, which makes for sweaty palms. Yet, I have microfiber in my house. Microfiber is a friend of mine. This is no microfiber - except it is. What we call microfiber in the living room, they call microsuede in the automobile. With automotive microfiber, they've achieved a breakthrough and it's visually indistinguishable from vinyl. If I'm honest, and I am, I half think buying microfiber instead of genuine leather was a mistake. When it wears out, maybe I'll get genuine black leather. I expect to maintain that opinion until the first scorching hot day, when I'll be glad to have it.

When it arrived, the first thing I thought was there was no way it would fit the big steering wheel in my RAM. It took letting it get warm in the sun, and a little muscle, but I got it on and it's perfect! The cover is nice and snug and feels great. We'll see how it wears over time, but so far I'm very impressed with the quality, look, and feel of the cover.

This cover matches the light grey interior Toyota Sienna perfectly, so it doesn't scream "after market". I was worried it would be too difficult to put on based on other reviews however it wasn't bad. This may be since it was warm from a hot texas ups truck when I put it on. It fits perfectly snug so throw in the dryer for a minute and it should slip on.

I'm very pleased with this steering wheel cover. I've owned many covers from various manufacturers over the years and this one has a nice, premium feel to it. It actually feels better than my already leather covered wheel from Ford. A bit of a pest to put on because of the stretching, but if you've done this before, you know the drill, and at least it's not the ones where you have to thread nylon rope through holes like a giant shoe lace. You will want to "get it right" the first time you put it on, meaning you have to line up the smoother parts are at 10 and 2, because you can't easily move it into position after wards.

All this being said, my wife didn't like the feeling of it in her SUV over her stock wheel, so you may want to have others in your family try it out in your car before you go and replace all the steering wheels.

The one thing to keep in mind is that due to the way circles work, by increasing the width of your steering wheel by even a few centimeters with this cover, you'll have to make minor adjustments to how you turn the wheel. You'll be able to turn more easily with this cover when you're driving above 10mph, but you'll slightly lose accuracy when you're turning very slowly. Either way you'll get used to it in a couple of days.

I am very happy with my purchase. IDK how excited others are about car steering wheel covers but this was a quality life improvement for me. The install was literally less than 2 minutes for me. This includes stretching when taking the cover out of the packaging. You can look at my photo and I do not see any creases. I was a little worried that the cover wouldn't fit but the material stretched enough to create a tight fit around the wheel. I would recommend this brand to anyone that is looking for a wheel cover.
