Don't bother!!!! I have used Print Shop for over 20 years. Each upgrade was easy. This latest version is a piece of crap. I read the reviews and figured the writers just didn't know how to use the program. WRONG. I have spent hours trying to make a simple flyer and poster that I have made for years with other Print Shop versions. I am so frustrated I can't see straight. I finally have returned the soft ware for a refund. Idiots! IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!! THEY RUINED IT. I AM DONE WITH PRINT SHOP!

I have used PSD for over twenty years. Like most of us we had to update because of Windows. I should have listened to all the reviews I read. It is the worse. I have spent two days trying to figure out out to do something simple everything i found on line did not address what I needed. I am so disappointed it PS. At least if a book came with it. Even tried chat on Encore site. After I typed my question and explained what I was trying to do It then tells me that no one is available. Suggestion DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NOT USER FRIENDLY

Not Your Same Old PrintShop

I used Print Shop 23.1 previously but it doesn't work in Windows 10 so when I upgraded I had to get a new Print Shop. This version is very different from the previous one and takes quite a bit of getting used to. You can do most of the same things but not as easily as before. It was a disappointment to me that I had to essentially learn how to use Print Shop all over again.

Can't Export Grouped/Edited Graphic :(

Biggest disappointment is that you can no longer export an edited graphic and save as jpeg. You have to save the whole project then crop the image and save it. More steps and more programs to do what was a simple task in PSDeluxe v23. But had to upgrade sure to Windows 10.

You ARE able to open Projects made in PSDELUXE v23 so that is a plus. But you can't open Projects made in PS earlier versions. I have had PS since v1 when you made your own envelopes for the small cards cutting them from a pattern!

The "fix" for being able to use v23 with Windows 10 involves uninstalling net framework 1.1. Since I don't know the consequences of that process, I am unwilling to try it.

The rest of the Print Shop is just the usual learning curve with new software versions. I'd give v23 5 stars however and would have preferred they make it work with Windows 10...sigh
