Unreliable graphics from library

Can not reliability enter graphics from library to card you are trying to create. Select a graphic from library and often the graphic entered on the card is not the same as the graphic selected from the library. Product virtually unusable.Tried contacting technical support but have not been able to resolve problem. Do not recommend product.
Finally able to contact technical support, graphic library is a known problem but could give me no time frame for a fix
