Long ago I had a Hallmark program which I dearly loved, time moved on and so did computers and I gave it away. I wanted another since I enjoy making cards and looked for one. There are a lot of negative reviews about this program and the only bad thing I have seen so far is that it takes FOREVER to load (it is a HUGE program, 1 g of RAM), and forget about registering it. I tried several times without success. When asked for the code it takes you to a page where it wants to sell you paper. Not good. On the whole, if it continues to work as well as my test card did, I will be well pleased. Note the is the NEW version compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10. I do have a disc drive but there is a code available for discless install if you have a notebook or similar that doesn't have one. I would buy it again.

Not the greatest product. And I already had the very same thing. But my fault.

Good for a beginner or someone with not much computer savvy but who wants to create greeting cards etc. I returned the item because the free apps I have on my ipad are nicer than this software. However, if you only have a PC to use, this software would be nice.

I used to make all of my kids and grandkids birthday cards with the old version. New computer, new version. It still will make photo birthday cards but you can't edit the photos you add. The old version had frames, crop and color options for the photos.

Hallmark Card Studio was easy for me to use. I had other products in the past and was unsure. But, for me, Hallmark came through as I was able to make a birthday card with photos on my very first try.
