I bought about 3 of these because I had an issue with a fox den in my back yard. I used this to screen the bottom of my deck and shed, and also put this up on the fence so the foxes could not come through the gaps in the fence.
I really liked this product! It is very sturdy, but easy to work with and install (I'm a woman and had no issues cutting this or using screws to secure it). It was also cheaper here than at Home Depot.

Purchased to create enclosures for two small raised bed planter gardens and am satisfied overall with the product. There was one section where an entire vertical (36" dimension) wire segment was missing resulting in a 1" x 1/2" opening instead of 1/2" x 1/2" in that area. Unfortunately I did not discover it until the mesh was cut and being assembled on the enclosure frame. Other than that one issue, everything else was fine...no loose solder joints/welds, etc. Too early to comment on the longevity or durability, but it held up well during the build process.

We ordered two rolls of this hardware cloth and used it to make a 5x10, 6-foot high duck coop. We buried it all the way around as well. We've used hardware cloth before to make our chicken coop, and this is just as good as what we used 8 years ago. We highly recommend it. Both rolls arrived undamaged and ready to go. It was easy to work with, yet super strong to protect our quackers. =)

My project is not a traditional use. I have pinched this between pressure treated wood to store heavy items above the ground outdoors. The mesh is stapled to the wood every other square. The whole shelf unit is 8'x3', 3 shelves high divided into 12 2x3 sections. Each section has over 100 pounds on the mesh. After a couple months of use it shows very little stretching. The reason I describe this is to say that if it survives my application, it will probably handle just about anything you want to do.
