I've had the tan one for just over a year, and now I've decided I need two. I bought the red one. Red and black sell out fast!! I use one for major trauma and stuff the second one with little stuff like bandaids, gauze, and aspirin. This is a great size. Not too big not too small. The molle attaches to my bag like cement (Maxpedition Falcon II). The snaps seem to hold up pretty well even during hikes and running. For some reason one snap always seems to unbutton every now and then but I assume that's my fault because I'm packing too much in.

Product as described. I ordered 2, one for each car, have them filled with basic FA for the road. Probably not the right application for a Molle bag, but these are built like the proverbial brick outhouse and the bright color means it's hard to miss.
Also kudos to the company: one had a slightly unfinished zip, Orca shipped a replacement without any fuss.
Certainly recommend product and company, will shop again from Orca next time I need anything similar.

I use pouches and small bags for both organizing my gear and also to shift them quickly between various bags depending upon what I'm doing so I've acquired alot of them over the gears and paid a premium price for some that didn't live up to their reputation. Saw this pouch and took a chance as the price was reasonable. It's was a surprise to see it had both good material and construction, it's used as an ifak and has been both durable and functional through many good hikes, rucks, trips but more importantly the not so good ones. Will buy more and recommended to others

Use as my shooter trauma kit at work. As a Deputy Sheriff I figured nobody could mistake this in my go bag for anything else. The medical stuff that goes into it costs way more...but after if it ever does hit the fan I know I will want to have handy little pack like this. For me this is the goldy lox size where it is just big enough to fit everything you need- tourniquet, trauma dressing, oclusive dressing, gloves etc. I would highly recommend for a trauma bag. where you can pretty much cram what you want/need in there.
