I use this sometimes in my hard apple cider when the natural apple flavors don't come through. While it works well, it smells better than the outcome flavor.

Very good pecan flavor. I was timid and only used 1/2 the bottle in 5 gallons of porter. Tasted it and ended up using the whole bottle. Very natural flavor, i will up the IBU in my next batch as it does add sweetness.

By far the best product on the market. Used another brand last time. Not satisfied, ended up buying this and adding as well. This is my fourth purchase.

It's likely the best flavor in homemade c mix. I put 1/2 tsp in my finished 2 c mix.

4oz of extract in a five gallon batch of wheat beer added the perfect level of blueberry flavor without being overly sweet. Tastes natural too. I was worried this would impart that "artificial sweetener" flavor in the beer, but it didn't do that at all. Everyone who's drank the beer thinks I used real blueberries in making it, and I'm fine with letting them believe that. Our little secret!
