Cute little leg warmers. My LO has used them since she was 18mo. They will definitely fit when she's 2, maybe even 3. You need to have pants along with them, if you want them to stay up - skin is not enough. Pants, socks and the leg warmers was almost too tight for my liking, but they wouldn't stay up on the ankles if they were any more loose. Can't have it fit for so long and be a perfect fit the whole time. All in all, I like them. Cute colors, easy added warmth.

I would not advise purchasing these for a child over 3. I bought them for my 5 yo and they fit like knee socks (tight) vs a leg warmer(baggy/slouchy).
