Organic Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Sublingual Liquid Drops For Adults, 6 Months Supply 1 oz, Methylcobalamin & Adenosylcobalamin - Bioactive Blend for Energy, Clarity & Focus - Vegan, Non-GMO, Unflavored

Key features
- •Live Wise Vitamin B12 Liquid Drops, Sublingual, Methylcobalamin (1 oz unflavored (180 servings))
- •Our B12 is taken under the tongue, sublingual, where the organic grape alcohol stimulates tissues in our mouths to quickly deliver the ingredients directly into our bloodstream. This bypasses the harsh environment of the stomach, avoiding stomach acid that breaks down the ingredients, significantly decreasing the bioavailability and potency of the ingredients in capsules, tables, pills, and gel caps
- •In addition to our superior raw materials we take our products one step further by preserving them in organic grape alcohol and amber glass. Unlike other preservatives our organic grape alcohol enhances the delivery & bioavailability of our ingredients. The amber glass protects from harmful light rays. With our glass dropper there are no worries about plastics leaching into your vitamins
- •180 servings at 1000mcg, vegan and vegetarian friendly. Serving size is perfect for those who prefer to space out their consumption once or twice more for optimal absorption throughout the day. And no need to worry about the added chemicals in time released capsules
- •No synthetic preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy, added sugars, fillers, binders, flavoring or dyes. Only 100% Methylcobalamin, purified water, and organic grape alcohol

THIS LIQUID VITAMIN B12 REALLY WORKS!
MICHELLE L. BROWNE- BARNUM✓ Verified Purchase•December 31, 2023
Wow! I am truly surprised by the efficiency of this product. I was using the sublingual Vitamim B12 tablets and I did not notice any real difference. I read the reviews for this liquid Vitamin B12 supplement carefully before investing in this product. I started with 5 drops under my tongue the first day since I received my first shipment in the afternoon and I did not know if it would keep me from being able to get to sleep. No problem with getting to sleep. There is a bit of a tingle after using the product, but it does not last very long. The liquid is faintly grape flavored, not overly sweet or syrupy at all. The second day I took 7 drops in the morning ( 6:30 am) and 7 drops at 12:30 pm. NO afternoon crash! NO afternoon caffeine was needed either. I usually have to have a caffeinated beverage with a light lunch to ward off the afternoon "slump". This Sublingual Vitamin B12 liquid absolutely works. I am less fatigued and I have more energy. I do not take it twice a day on the weekend, only once in the mornings on Saturdays and Sundays. But, my job requires intense focus and attention to detail so I use it twice a day on work days. I will be reordering this product. Thank you Amazon for offering such quality products such as this one.
Works but those with deficiencies need more than 15 drops daily.

I tried this product after suspecting I have a B-12 deficiency, presumably due to inability to absorb it properly, since I am certainly not a vegetarian. I have had occasional numbness in my hands for over a year, and occassional problems sleeping, due to being awoken by the discomfort of the "pins and needles" sensation of numbness in my arms in the middle of the night that won't abate, despite flopping around and changing my arm position. I also had a brief period of the "burning feet" sensation. I had researched that neuropathy such as this is a sign of B-12 deficiency.
...I have ordered this a few times. And after several days, perhaps a week or so, it does seem that the numbness in my hands abated. I did not notice any remarkable energy boost, though my usual mood issues around my menstrual cycle seemed to be moderated. I have neglected to reorder it for a few months now, and I again feel the tingling in my hands returning, as well as a more emotionally depressed "time of the month." Depression has also been linked with the B-12 deficiency. ...I feel as if the levels in my body gradually waned over these few months of not taking it. It was not an immediate boost , nor an immediate sensation of withdrawal upon not taking it. This seems in line with what I have read others who had suffered from a deficiency have experienced...as if the body needs to fill up its reserves first, before relief is felt; and that the reserves are gradually depleted, upon not taking it.
This product seems effective, however it does not go very far. The instruction to take 15 drops/ 3 mg (3000 mcg) seems arbitrarily prescribed. One study I read suggested that the average patient with a deficiency needed, if I recall, 9 mg daily to resolve their issue. This is the amount I took each day, more or less. Thus, this bottle would only last about 20 days, if the amount indicated on the label is indeed how much is in the bottle. The instructions to take 15 drops at a time and "swish" are also arbitrary and apparently an attempt to market this as a convenient product, taken only once daily. I took about 5 drops at a time, about every hour starting at waking. It is easy to count out just 5 drops at a time, and feel them hitting your tongue, without a big ordeal of looking in a mirror or something. Taking 15 drops sublingually seems too much to actually absorb under the tongue at once, thus the idea of "swishing" to presumably absorb more in the mouth and not waste it.

I started using Live Wise Naturals Vitamin B12 Drops due to a suspected B12 deficiency. It turned out not to be the case, but I was pleased with this product nonetheless. I have intestinal troubles so I did not want to tempt fate by using B12 pills. I would rather avoid the lower GI tract altogether. Sublingual drops allow me to do that, as they are mostly absorbed in the mouth. I searched for a brand that does not have added sweetener in the form of xylitol, which I cannot eat. B12 lozenges also contain xylitol. Live Wise was the only brand of B12 drops that I could find that does not contain xylitol or some polyol. Ingredients are: Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin, purified water, organic grape alcohol. The grape alcohol imparts a natural sweetness, so I don't know why anyone adds sweetener.
I inquired of the company and was told that the alcohol content is 15%. I am not certain if 15% refers to the amount of grape alcohol or the amount of ethanol, but I suspect the former. The difference would be slight, as grape alcohol is typically 190 proof or 95% alcohol. That amounts to 4.5 ml of alcohol per 30ml bottle. There are 180 doses of 1000mcg, 60 doses of 3000mcg, or 36 doses of 5000mcg per bottle. A dose of 1000mcg (5 drops) is about 0.167ml; a dose of 3000mcg (15 drops) is about 0.5ml; a dose of 5000mcg (25 drops) is about 0.833ml. The dropper is not precise, but you can calculate how much alcohol you would be getting if that is a concern. Grape alcohol is used because everything dissolves well in it, it's a good preservative, and it aids absorption in the mouth.
Instructions say to shake the bottle, drop the liquid under your tongue, hold it there for 90 seconds, then swish whatever is left for 30 seconds before swallowing. You will need to swallow any saliva that is in your mouth first, or the B12 drops will quickly become diluted. It's not possible to hold more than about 10 drops under your tongue, so you may want to spread higher doses out over the course of the day. You won't be able to hold the drops under your tongue for 90 seconds, as you are producing saliva. The drops either absorb or dilute fairly quickly. But it doesn't matter. Just hold the drops there until they seem mostly gone. The product tastes pretty good, like sweet alcohol. It's bright red, so avoid contact with fabrics. I wish the doses were marked on the dropper, but that is a quibble.
