Orlistat is the only FDA product approved for OTC sale. And it works just as advertised. It is very good when you eat a high fat meal (like ribs or popcorn). Remember, that when the Orlistat does what it is meant to do, stop fat absorption, that fat has to go somewhere. So, expect oily stools the next day.
