I started last year with a very healthy diet and pretty regular exercise. However, my wife finally moved from Japan and we were together after a long time doing a long distance relationship. Therefore, I started to eat more and exercise less as we were really enjoying our time together. I lost all of the progress I made with shrinking my stomach and having a fairly strict workout regimen and diet to follow.

So, to get a head start from the New Year, I ordered this fat burner after trying some others in the past. This product, along with sheer willpower and hard work through working out and dieting, I am on track to getting to where I want to be when it comes to my weight and general health. Taking this as instructed, up to 30 minutes before a meal, it really helps to reduce my hunger, and therefore, my overall intake. After a week or so, I started eating less and that automatically helped to reduce my calorie intake, and therefore, my weight also dropped. It also gives me energy in these times that I get hungry, and it is clean energy. Sometimes when I drink a lot of coffee, or drink energy drinks, I get a feeling in my stomach and also the caffeine has different durations. But this product usually lasts long enough for me to get the energy I need without any of the side effects of coffee or Monster energy drinks.

Important thing to note is you will need to put in some effort to get some results. I have seen some people claim they just drink this as instructed and don't change anything with their lives. HAHA, I wish that were true/possible. I don't believe there is such a product that would take your weight away without any work, unless you do drugs or do plastic surgery.

Anyways, those people who "didn't change anything in their lives" most likely was effected by the lower appetite and ate less than they realized, or didn't mention that they did at least a little bit of exercise. For me, after trying out intermittent fasting, reducing calorie intake, reducing carb intake and doing some home circuit training, I am seeing great results with the help of this product.

Suppresses my appetite, in many ways comparable to phentermine. I have been taking this for about 4 days and I can tell that my apatite has changed. I am not as hungry and I get fuller faster. I have clarity and NO jitter. I am excited to see the result after completing the bottle.

I took these pills for less than a week, but I already notice I'm losing some weight (prob around 1-1.5kg) without any workouts or exercise. It helps me to control my late night cravings, and I really did eat less snacks after taking for a few days. However, I suggest not to take pills before dinner as they contain caffeine. I struggled to sleep normally at the beginning after changing eating the pills before lunch.

It works when I use as directed, taking 20-30 mins before meals, however it doesn't really help me as much when I take them without eating or while fasting. I still find myself having an appetite. Overall I'm happy with the product. In the time I've been using the product (roughly 2 weeks) I've found that I've lost and kept off approximately 3-4 pounds which I'm also happy about.

I've been using this product for 1 week now. I feel more light, it curbs appetite, and you get full extremely fast! My daughter even said I look different and she's 13 (teens don't lie) you know teens are very outspoken and kids don't lie. My belly fat had decreased a lot and arm fat! I also do 30 min workouts and eat healthier. I started with 1 pill then worked my way to two pills a day. One works fine with me, when I took two pills I didn't eat for two days at all which scared me! So good product, it works.
