I cannot say enough about these cookies, I absolutely love them. I first tried a sample from Sam's and had to buy a bag. I finished them in a few days and needed more I (because I was hooked) so I bought 2 bags off of Amazon. I gave one bag to my mother who also loves them. Because they traveled through the mail they are crumbly but just as good. That would be my only negative - the mail causing my cookies to break.
If you like coconut these are the cookies for you. They do contain small coconut flakes so be aware, but to me that's the best part. I haven't tried any of her other flavors of her cookies and, after having these, I don't think I could go to another. Yes they are that good.

I really like this cookie. It has just the right amount of coconut taste and the thinness seems to prevent you from eating to many because you seem to ease tyour sweet tooth faster.

I couldn't find them at COSTCO so I took a chance to see if they were on Amazon and they were so I ordered from Amazon - LOVE these things. Addictive! I don't care for the chocolate chip ones - but these are fabulous with coffee, as a low carb snack and the taste is wonderful!

Sadly, the company has dropped the coconut cookie from their production line. Luckily, I was able to find a few large bags from this vendor. My 95 year old stepfather is addicted. The first 16 oz. bag vanished within three days, with help from his weekend caretaker. I brought a second bag over the next week and attempted to extend its life by storing it in the pantry. No luck. He told his partner in crime where to look, and that pound of goodness was gone in a flash. He received his third and final bag for Father's Day. I hid it in his bedroom and had a little talk with the nurse. Yes, these cookies are THAT good.
