I used this with the scar audio rp1500.1d amp and it works extremely well after break in period hits extremely hard. I bought the dual 1ohm and am running 8awg speaker wire with 1/0 power wires and a 200 amp alternator and this thing still pulls my battery down below 12volts at half gain. The subwoofer weighs 53 lbs and needs a big box because it mounts about 9 inches deep and front of box needs to be 1" mdf for the weight and 3 cubic feet for the sub.
