Outstanding customer servce on bad sub

sub was above expectations while it lasted but hey, they are 300 bux not 1k like top of the line subs. Id rate RMS at 1k not 1500 as advertised, or maybe I just got a bad one... The only sub I've smoked this quick is a JL w-7. It took me less than 15 seconds to burn a coil in the the recommended 3cu ft enclosure. The 4 star rating comes from the customer service provided by the supplier. It was outstanding when dealing with the RMA of the burnt sub. In summary, these subs cant be beat for the money ,especially if your install shows off the beautiful motor. Just keep an eye on the coil temp.

Very nice sub for the money. 4 stars because mine arrived with glue on the terminal which caused it to not work, and the surround was glued on slightly crooked over the screw holes.
