In taste and texture, this is more like marshmallow sauce than whipped cream. It is very tasty, but I wouldn't call it whipped cream.

Tastes good like between Marshmallow fluff and whip topping. Takes a while to whip +20 min. plus a few extra Tablespoons of soy milk.

Imagine you can have whipped topping again if you have had to live without it because of milk and wheat allergies. It was fabulous (you do have to follow the directions very carefully) and have it any time you want without having it take up freezer space. I am going to recommend it to my circle of friends and family who have been unable to eat with the rest of us because of their allergies. Yippee!!
