Bought this to replace the sponge and worked great scrubbing cookwares and I learned about this new way of scrubbing from daughter! There are cheaper ones on Amazon but they don't work as well as missing the additional nylon on pad.

These scrubbing nets are great for almost every dish cleaning use except cast iron, where I found them less effective than steel scouring pads. Therefore, I need to keep both in my kitchen. I was hoping this product would do the job on my cast iron pots but not the case. But these mildly-abrasive nets are definitely better at scouring than cheap nylon net or those colorful nylon pads. They also hold their abrasiveness, so you'll probably keep them until they grow dark and grungy - in my case, at least a month.
