This is really nice. I have some health issues and I need to do this from time to time. I normally did it with a hand held one that did not connect to the shower. It was a pain and I hated it. This one is so much better. First of all you get the "job" done in half the time, and second holy moly it is so much easier than the other way. Lets face it we are all adults. This helps keep you clean and you do feel better after its all said and done.
This is so easy to hook up to the shower. It is just unscrewing and rescrewing things together. There is no leaks coming from the bolts where it screws together. It is easily put aside when not in use. Seriously easy to use and maintain.
The Cleanstream is stainless steel and it is really light weight. You wouldn't want a lot of weight behind this I wouldn't thing. I clean it after every use.

This enema set is a good no-frills option for anyone who needs something that works, plain and simple. It doesn't come with a ton of end attachments, or accessories, but it comes with everything you need to get the job done well and efficiently. You can buy the accessories separately though.
It installs easily and all the hardware you need is included. Once installed, it's very easy to use, and the switch moves easily. To me, the end bit fit easily, and operation was pretty effortless. Quality-wise, this set does not feel cheap at all. It's light weight and also durable. I would say this is a good set for normal home use, one person or multiple people. I'll get a lot of use out of it. I received this product at a discount in return for my honest review.
Update: One factor that might be important would be to add a pressure regulator to this and the pressure is the same as your shower and although you can regulate it with the switch, it would be easy to tip it too far.
