Best rechargeable out there for wireless mics

We have been using Ansmann batteries in our wireless systems for over 5 years now - these get used a couple of days a week and are on the charger between rehearsals and performances. We replace these every 1-2 years which is usually when we see them start to loose their charge faster when in the mics. Still a huge savings over alkalines even if we replace every year. We have only had one battery failure over the years and Ansmann support was great and replaced it immediately. The only issue we have run into is that these batteries are just slightly wider/thicker - the diameter is slightly larger than alkaline AA's, which is fine for most wireless but our Shure UR4D packs and mics are a very tight fit. Even these "slimline" have issues. That is the only complaint I have about these batteries. If you have wireless you use weekly/daily, you owe it to yourself to get these batteries. Hey, if it is good enough for Cirque du Soleil, it is good enough for us.

I haven't had these long enough to know about durability yet, but my first observation was that they are actually a hair bigger in diameter (a hair is .0015 to .002 in diameter) than my Energizer rechargeable, so I don't get the "slimline" name they use. They fit my camera and hearing devices so it's not an issue, just a curiosity.

I'm a Professional Photographer and currently have 53 Ansmann batteries for my Wedding setup. These are the fastest and best I have found on the market. The ONLY Downfall is that try don't hold a charge long. I fully charge all of them the day prior to Wedding Day, and by shoot time the batteries that were charged first (the day prior) already have lost 1 bar of charge. In saying that, the refresh rate on these bad boys are super fast, nothing else compares. I can flash consistently. I go through a ton of batteries and still choose to stick with Ansmann. I do not care for the competitor, eneloop. Simply not fast enough for the shooting I do.

These batteries hold a charge very well but I bought them with the slim line label and can't say that they're really any more slim than the other rechargeable. I bought them with the thought that they would fit the barrel on my Nebo light but that didn't work.
