Film camera users need these
Tim Murphy✓ Verified Purchase•November 19, 2023
As someone who collects and uses old 35mm film cameras finding batteries can be a hassle. These work great to replace the old style PX-625 1.35 volt batteries many of those cameras need. Some say that 1.5 volts makes a difference in the meter readings compared to the specified 1.35 volt batteries, but when compared to known good handheld light meters the difference is so slight that it will never matter especially if you shoot print film.
Perfectly adequate

No surprises, just as expected, neatly blisterpacked and inexpensive. Voltage exactly right.

Not carried in stores and hard to find
So far it's powered up what I need

I bought a 10 pack to get the best price per battery, but didn't need 10.
I can't attest to the longevity, since I just got them, but I can say 6 of the 10 tested at 1.5V.
That's not saying much, but better than testing way lower and not being usable.
I like that the packaging isn't difficult to open. I was able to get the batteries out by hand, as opposed to busting out my titanium plated torch blade and cutting through the plasteel packaging that sometimes gets used.

Good substitute for mercury batteries

I have been using these batteries for several months. The voltage is slightly different than the mercury batteries for vintage cameras.
Be certain not to expose the battery to air until it is time to use them.
