Better visibility while on a motorcycle.

I purchased this item as a Santa gift for myself to use while riding my motorcycle to work. Between the poor lighting and the sunrise happening after I get to work, it has become even more dangerous. I purchased the green one, honestly because it would match my bike, but it is super bright which is exactly what I need. I love that it is so easy to slap on over the top of my gear. I can wear it on my wrists over the top of my jacket and gloves. It also works great on my backpack. It is also secure enough that I don't have to worry about it flying off at higher rates of speed. I use the solid light, but it is nice to have the flashing option incase I need an even more visible "see me" option. So far the battery life has been fine and I have not had any issues with it falling apart.
I recommend this for everyone! There are so many ways this product can be used. I defiantly plan on buying two more to use.

I got one of these in green. The light is bright and shows up well, especially the flashing setting. My only issue is I wish it was a little longer. When I ran during the summer it was ok, although the non-battery end sometimes curled in and dug a little. Now that the weather's gotten cold I run in a long-sleeved sweat shirt. The band just barely overlaps with the extra bulk and I don't have particularly large arms. I wind up having to repeatedly adjust it to keep it from falling off. I thought about putting it on my wrist, but then my body would greatly reduce the visibility from behind me. If I lived in a warmer climate and could run in a t-shirt year-round I'd give it four stars.

The LED band was bright enough to be seen clearly, all the bands I ordered did work, I used them for several hours with no problems with visability.
The bands did not wrap as well as I would like, they did wrap around but they formed more of a triangle than a circle, or perhaps a somewhat square shape.
They also did not grip as well as I would like, as long as it was normal jogging I had no real problems, but anything more and they where liable to fall off (note, they barely made it all the way around, smaller people probably will have better results).

It's annoying seeing people on a running trail with bright white lights. These are an excellent way to be visible without blinding your fellow trail runners.
Only thing I don't like is that these are hard to wear on my bicepts. They're not particularly large or anything and these aren't really long enough to wrap all the way around them.

This product works as described and I like it a lot! However, I've got average sized arms for a woman and in the morning when I wear my fleece pullover to go for my jog, the armband doesn't quite fit all the way around so that it nice a nice firm grip to stay.
