Great armbands

The band is very bright and works well. Normally the band is coiled up and to get the slap effect you straighten and bend each end back a little and it will stay straight. The you slap it on your arm and it wraps around it. You have to adjust the ends a little so they don't curl under. I have some bands with plastic slide-in latch and adjustable strap length. These alway have to be adjusted if you're wearing a coat or not. The slap bands automatically adjust and are much more convenient.

Really impressed by this product. I actually bought it for adding on to a costume, but I'm so impressed by how well it works and the fact that they included bonus batteries with the package, that I may buy a few more for running and biking.

This is a MUST have! I got the green color, it was so bright I could see the road in the dark. I loved the blinking option. I could see cars/trucks moving out of the way for me while running on the road. Highly recommend!!

From initial impressions, I highly recommend the Higo LED slap band. It is a really innovative product with a noble purpose - keeping you safe.
Pros
- Quality materials and practical construction
- Easy to use. Most of us have experience with the "slap" technology and the on/off/flashing switch is easy to find and operate
- Sizing is very accommodating. In my case I'm using them on my ankles while I cycle and they fit very firm but comfortable
- Easy to clean. The entire illumination portion on the band can be removed from the fabric sleeve making it easy to clean/wash as necessary
Con
- It would great to sell a 2-pack option where there's a slight discount for buying 2
- Although these appear bright enough in dark conditions, adding a small amount of reflective material would really help when a cars headlights overpower the light from the slaps
Note, I have only used these twice so I'm unable to report on long-term usage and durability at this time. That being said, based on the quality of materials and construction, I see this as having a long life span.
One last note, changing the battery appears to be really simple. This is in reference to some of the other reviews that commented otherwise.

These are great! I run very early in the morning and someone told me they saw these two arm bands from a block away. I am so glad to be able to have something that lights me up. They are comfortable with a soft moisture wicking material wrapping. Easy to turn on with a flashing or solid light. I wear one on my ankle and one on my wrist but I think I will order two more to wear on the other foot and wrist.
