I'm very impressed with this product, the craftsmanship and design are top notch! Installation was very easy and the slotted notches made it easy to hit the center of the cross member. The shock of the bag is absorbed nicely even with heavy hitting of the bag. This product exceeded my expectations, I recommend it for everyone.

This is incredibly well made, easy to mount, and does a phenomenal job mitigating noise and vibration from a giant heavy bag swaying. All hardware needed is included (you'll need a drill and a socket set--some wax to lubricate the bolts help).

I mounted this and an Everlast HydroStrike in my garage. We have Elfa shelves on the walls...with a variety of boxes, paint cans, and loose items. I cannot detect any vibration at all. This product works as advertised.

I had seen all these great reviews and I'd been holding off because I thought it was a little expensive but I finally bought it! I received it last Friday and just installed it a few hours ago. The joists in my garage ceiling are 24" apart so I bolted some 2x6s to the joists and then the mount onto those like some of the other buyers did. I hung my 120 lb Aqua bag up and tried it out and WOW! This thing is QUIET! Worth every penny! Rock solid build and quality! Wish I could give it 6 stars! If you're looking for a mount, get this one! You won't regret it!
