Like the bike - not the quality control - Huge dent on top of main frame bar. Also, the rear carry attachment had a chip of paint missing on one corner, exposing the bare aluminum beneath it. Arrived yesterday, assembled last night. Black bike in a dimly-lit living room, so didn't notice defects until mostly assembled. VERY disappointing - right out of the box: box was undamaged so this huge, deep dent had to happen at the factory. And, of course, the factory is in China! Frustrating that I shopped so hard and spent so much...

Hyped by the marketing video and "lifestyle" story, I had purchased this bike on the 15th of feb, it arrives 2 days later. The box came with all kinds of cool marketing cards inside preaching lifestyle and experience so that was really cool but on the box itself was a hole where the side of the wheel rubs against it and a missing nut / washer to the front wheel was a result.

I had messaged about the missing part looking forward to "experience the journey" that they preach and they told me it'll take 3-5 business days for the missing part to arrive from the warehouse which disappointed me because:

1.) it took me 2 days to receive the bike brand new. So they basically handle new customers better than existing customers.
2.) I live only 30 minutes away from them (should not take more than a day using the cheapest 1st class mail option)
3.) customer service tells me the package has been expressed / expedited.. after I said I was just going to process a refund and order a new one (which would have everything arrive in 2 days brand new again). That said, I'm still on the 6th day waiting for this damn nut / washer. I suppose I could've just gone to a bike shop but I didn't because I was eager to feel "the experience" as they preach on their marketing campaign.

Another note. I had ordered a bike from Huffy for my wife for $85 and this for myself for $200 because of the marketing videos and brand presentation that sold me and after receiving both bikes at the same time and going through both installation, I noticed that they're the same bike all the way down to the same parts; both from China. Only difference is that the Huffy came with all the components and a bit easier to install.

Sadly, I gotta leave this review to get their attention but once I receive my missing parts, I'll likely remove it because it's probably not necessary as this may be my unfortunate one time experience.

My brand new bike arrived with a broken reflector and made loud and obnoxious noises every time the right pedal hit the 0930 position after about 5 minutes of warm-up riding. Cost $83 at a bike shop to diagnose and fix the defective crank shaft bearings. Got three flat tires after only 8 hours of riding on paved city bicycle trails, something that never happened with my mountain bicycles, so I replaced the inner tubes with foam tubes that will never go flat. Noticed rust on several parts after only one light rain. Overall not impressed, but now that these problems are fixed I do enjoy riding it to the beach and back.

Very quick and easy to put together with provided instructions and tools. Seems smooth and comfortable so far, but have yet to put a ton of miles on it. The only thing that takes bit of getting used is the seat, which flexes side to side on its springs as you ride, but makes for a comfy ride. Haven't tried out the rack, but seems sturdy. Overall it's a great deal.

This may be premature, as we have only had our cruisers for one day... The bikes are JUST as described/shown... they are simple, clean, and classic. We love the matte black finish. My husband put together 3 cruisers (one on the way) in less than an hour, easy - taking his time. We are each 5 '11 - this model is perfect for both of us, as well as for our 10 year old daughter with the seat lowered down. We cant wait to put some miles on them and see how they do. Here at home, they ride smooth and even manage well through the grass around the house.
