I like their 'Old Fashioned - Original - Peppered - Sugar-Free' the best. This 'Classic' is priced slightly lower and beats the heck out of any national brand of jerky that I have tried. I would recommend this to anyone who likes jerky. It is chewy as you would expect natural jerky to be. I use a set of kitchen shears to cut this up into bite sized bits for snacking. Yum!

This is some of the best tasting beef jerky I've had, a very well balanced blend of sweet, spicy, and salty. It's a bit chewier than the national brands, but hey it's supposed to be chewy. This is good quality jerky at a good price, I will buy again.

I am not a big fan of sweet jerkey. Classic is a little sweet for my tastes, but it is quality jerkey, and a great value. I'm hoping they have a stonger pepper flavor to try next, but can not fault the Classic for my own personal taste. It has a good smokey flavor.

It's beef... it's jerky... what could be wrong? For me, it's a case of too much black pepper and too tough a jerky. I was hoping that it would be a tender chewy slab, not a thin, tough slab that can be torn into paper-like strips. I didn't read enough of the comments. Also, the initial sweetness of the jerky is a bit much, but as your tongue goes numb from the pepper, the sweetness becomes less bothersome.
