First of all, let me start by stating that this order arrived 7 days after it was ordered and 16 days before the earliest delivery date estimate. Bravo! The package arrived vacuum packed and the jerky was extremely fresh. We are on the back end of a very hot middle east deployment and beef jerky seems to be our only solace. So I shared this jerky with everyone that I work with. Lets just say that we are beef jerky connoisseurs and this is by far some of the best jerky we have ever had (besides my moms. Love you Mom.). Some of the comments that were heard around the room include: "This tastes like a steak.", "This jerky is by far the best food I've had in this country!", "Seriously, this tastes like a perfect ribeye." and "May I please have some more sir.". One of the guys here just placed an order to be sent to his wife. I will be buying this again. Highly recommended.

Among the better types of jerky that I've tried! It is quite dry and tough, but I actually enjoyed that about it. The seasoning is very good, a little on the salty side, so I wouldn't recommend eating these solo, but it pairs great with some bread or a beer or anything else you can imagine.
I've tried quite a few Krave varieties before, usually with some kind of funky flavors, and fortunately this has none of that. Just good plain beef jerky.

Two weeks ago I was preparing for a trip to Mexico which is about a 9 hour drive from where I live. I got a little worried because I ordered this jerky a little late and the previous bag I ordered took a while to get to me. I sent them a message and they basically rushed out the 3 pounds of meat stuff I ordered and it got here way in time for the trip, we even had it sitting around for a few days on the counter and pretty much everyone had trouble resisting the lure of delicious salty meatiness.
Most of our household is doing the whole low-carb thing, and this is our snack of choice, and sometimes even becomes a meal replacer with a bottle of water or two. This jerky is really just something else, pure, salty, meatiness. You owe it to yourself to give it a shot if you really like pure beef jerky. I just wish it was on prime haha.

Update: I have now ordered (and eaten) 4 pounds of this jerky. Far and above the best jerky on the market. Great taste, texture and incredibly consistent. Some may not like the occasional little bit of fat on the strips. I rather enjoy it, and consider it a part of well made natural strip jerk. Highly recommend.

Almost all jerky these days is like Jack Link's and Krave; weird translucent gelatinous meat products. People's Choice beef jerky is exactly what I was looking for. Solid strips of dried, well-seasoned meat. The kind you need to to use your teeth to rip a piece off, but is not too dry and brittle. I have a hard time not eating it all in the first couple of days. Since the package isn't resealable, it's good to have on hand a gallon ziplock bag to throw them in once opened.

4 pieces down and I'm in heaven! Beef Jerky this low carb gal can eat all she wants of (making sure to consume some extra fluid to offset the salt) It's not to salty, and I love the pepper as a pepper freak, I can never get too much. It's the right texture, too, not tough to pull apart and nice and dry. This is real jerky and it doesn't have sugar in the seasoning so I can enjoy as much as I want...may have to work support my newly acquired jerky habit.
