undersize make it a no-go

mimicks a slightly larger version that is well designed but this one's base is undersized so very difficult for small hands as everything is practically touching on the top--no room for fingers. Pieces also too small--should be a good toy for 16 month old but pieces could be choking hazard.

This is really a lot smaller than I was expecting, I guess I should have paid attention to the product dimensions since the product photos didn't include a photo of a child playing with it for scale.

I ordered this as a gift for a friend's birthday, but it was so tiny that I felt bad giving it to him. It looks like a travel toy. That's nothing against the quality of the product itself, just be aware that it is quite small.
