Every single bolt stripped out after the first tightening. So, the moment I switched my bikes around the rack was rendered useless. RAD cheaped out in the one area that is important...HARDWARE!

Product works as advertised and is what I expected considering the price. There are sturdier racks out there for much more money. This one does the job for what I was looking to do. I don't use the bikes that often and I needed to organize the garage with space saving ideas. This did the job for the bikes at a very reasonable price.

Box arrived opened on one end and missing parts. Once I contacted customer service they immediately sent me missing parts and I have a light weight but seemingly sturdy bike rack in my garage! Finally I can park in the garage again! Good Buy!

Missing 1 set of arms that hold the bikes. The 2 I do have don't even look right. Looks nothing like the manual online which I had to find and download on my own as it came with none. 1 star till company sends me another pair
