I wanted to wait a few months just to really see if it did it and it DID!!!! this navage thing is a god send. It has me breathing a whole lot better. Just this morning I woke up with a bad headache cause I had not don't it in a while. Lets not talk about what came out of my nose unless ya wanna throw up. My headache went away tho and I'm breathing awesome. If you have breathing problems, or always have a stuffed nose, or have ALLERGIES this is the product to buy and you won't need take your pills no more at least I don't. I 100% recommend this nasal cleaner excuse my grammar but yes go buy it

I have been using the system for about two months now. I waited to review it to give it the time it should be allowed. I normally use it every night before bed. Sometimes if I feel more congested I will also use it in the morning. It is easy to use as long as you read the directions.
The first week I did seem to notice that I felt more congested after using it. I do have known under developed sinuses which means they get "clogged" very easy. I have always had weekly sinus headaches. This last month I have had only 2 sinus headaches which is huge for me!! I LOVE this thing! My message therapist went and bought one after I told her about it... hopefully she has as much success as I am!

Ok so I rarely write reviews, but this I feel is important. I have a lot of sinus problems, congestion, infections, you name it. Breathing is not easy for me. Tried this because it makes so much sense I figured it was worth a shot. Got it today, tried it Immediately and it was odd feeling, I gagged, choked a bit and threw up a bit. I was not deterred, tried it again, and followed directions to reduce the vacuum a bit, and it worked! I am now in love with this device! Life changing, I can breathe, sinus are clean and clear. bought this for my husband who has sinus problems all the time. he has a deviated septum and has problems using it. to show him that it worked I tried it. no problems using it. then I got a runny nose and thinking wonder if it would help YES it did the pressure was greatly reduced tried it again that night, even better results. now I have been using it about 3 times a week. hubby still not getting it to go in and suck it out. he has been using it in small spurts and letting it run back out on its own he says it is ok better than a saline bottle spray.
