Easy to install, works great with Alexa, could be better with IFFT support.

I love them with Alexa and trying to curb my wasteful habits, but the only pisser is these use a few watts themselves. I have 8 HS110s and 5 of these and no other parasitic loads on the circuits these live on. With the fridge, garage freezer, and pool not cycling my house sits about 85w static, if I open the circuits where these live it goes down to about 45w, leading me to believe the 13 devices are pulling about 40w. Just to chase my tail a little I energized the circuits where these live, saw the 85 watts again, then unplugged the 8 HS110s, and it dropped by about 25w leading me to believe the HS110s are about 3w each, and these switches are in the same neighborhood.
The Kasa app is a little sluggish but it's nice seeing the power of the HS110s and setting the away mode when I'm on the road. It works great with Alexa and I love "echo everything off" and hearing things turning off all over the house before I go to sleep.

Works great once set up

I've had this for over 24 hours now and I'm somewhat impressed. At 1st setup seemed ok until I needed to enable the "remote control" feature. When I did this I was instructed to verify my email address (which I already had done). I tried to have another verification email sent to me but none came. When I tried to reset the device it wouldn't reset (even after a factory reset!). So, after deleting the device from setup, doing a factory reset, unplugging the device, plugging it back in, and immediately doing another factory reset for safe measure I was able to start setup from scratch again. The second time everything worked perfect! I have it paired with my Smart Home devices which was very easy to do.
Don't let the finicky setup keep you from purchasing one. Once you get it working it's good to go!
UPDATE 8/13/17: I've had this for about 8 months now and it's worked perfectly ever since 1st set up. In fact I've purchased a few more and added a couple TP Link mini-plugs and switches throughout the house. The Kasa App has had some updates that have made a great improvement to the set up process making it much quicker and very reliable.

[Smart Plug Mini] Amazing Performance, Reliability, & Integration // Small Footprint // No Dimming

Smart Devices as a whole are a hobby for me, and I've liked TP-Link Kasa devices since no hub is required but also due to their quick & reliable operation via the Amazon Echo (Alexa). The LEDs on Kasa devices are also pretty mild, such that in the bedroom at night they aren't annoying.
I recently bought two of the WiFi wall switches, but I also have the smart plug and the smart plug mini, all of which are set-up and controlled by the Kasa app on both Android and iOS. I won't dive too deep into setup, but note that install instructions for all devices (even the electrical wiring part of the install for the wall switch) is included in the app in steps, after which WiFi setup is performed. The app even saves your WiFi password (locally) if you want it to so that you don't have to re-enter if every time you set up a new device.
The install of the smart plug is obviously pretty simple, since you just plug it in and configure it via the app. That being said, one thing I really liked about the smart plug mini was related to the footpring of the device, since this product was clearly designed to be easy to fit adjacent to larger plugs and adapters. For example, I use this one in my bathroom on a vertical two outlet plug, and with the plug at the top I can easily plug a straightening iron on the bottom outlet.
On to performance and daily usage - I am using smart plug mini for a small space heater in my bathroom (mostly voice controlled when we shower, with a few scheduled OFF events to make sure it doesn't stay on overnight). I've also used the smart plug with a lamp before for a few months (prior to obtaining the Kasa smart bulb). In all of these scenarios, the Kasa smart plug mini has worked instantly, correctly, and consistently. There are no issues with direct voice control via Alexa, nor any issues with scheduled events via the Kasa app. Kasa has native smart home integration with Alexa, so there is no clunky "Alexa, ask Kasa to XXXX" command format needed - you can simply say phrases like "Alexa, turn bedroom fan on" and similar variations. It's also pretty easy to manually press the button on the side if my WiFi is down and I can't use Alexa.
The only feature you DON'T get with this line Kasa product (smart plug, smart plug mini, and wall switch) that you DO get with a few other Kasa products (smart bulbs) is DIMMING, which is something I wish was offered since analog dimming wall switches and wall plugs already exist, and it'd be really nice to have full granular control of both fans and lighting. I wouldn't use this with a heater, but it would be great for lamps.
Otherwise though, and overall, this product is amazing and incredibly convenient in the home, even without a voice assistant like Alexa due to scheduled events and automatic Away Mode and home screen widgets (on Android).
For reference, previous to owning Kasa devices, my primary solution was five Etekcity RF switches combined with the Hook - Smart Home Hub (for Alexa voice control) and IFTTT (for scheduled events since the Hook Automation app doesn't support events natively), but the MAIN ISSUES with this solution were Alexa group performance, scheduled event delays, and hub range. Compared to that, the Kasa series of smart home devices has much faster performance with near 100% reliability and zero issues with range since each device directly connects to WiFi without a hub.

Pure awesomness, no complain

I have now more 3 of these switches installed, in addition to a TPLINK light bulb and TPLINK Wall Plug. They are stylish and it's even cooler with the halo sign when they were off.
Installation is bit of hassle since it requires the neutral line which might not be immediately available in some older units (and please don't try to connect the neutral to ground, it's wrong.). If you don't know what I am talking about, I will suggest you to hire a certified electrician.
Once it's installed, setup is a breeze through the KASA App and connecting to Alexa is instantly available.
This only concern right now, maybe I am just being paranoid - is that I do feel it warm when touching the switch (potentially you don't need to touch at all, just ask Echo :) ). It wonders me the life expectancy of these switches and if they gonna be robust enough to survive the 2-yr warranty period.
Tips:
don't screw the inner switch too much in, this will leave the cover uneven.

I set this up on my Alexa and the Kasa app in less than 30 minutes start to finish. I noticed that sometimes I would say the command, "Alexa turn on lamp," and Alexa would respond "ok" without actually turning anything on. The issue was my 5-year-old router. I replaced the router with a new router that could handle more devices. The new router resolved the issue. I've been using this plug for a few months now and it is still working great.
