No condensation or leaking

Definitely reusable. This bag does NOT get wet or condensate on the outside. The screw on cap is secure and I have not had any leaks. I use this for migraine headaches, and needed a bag that would not get my hair wet....this is it! The opening is wide for easy filling of ice cubes. Haven't tried it heated yet.

I love this. I get chronic migraines and I am always in need of an ice pack. This size is perfect for my head. I love this style. Pink isn't my color, but who cares, it's an ice pack and it serves it's purpose. It lasts about 4-5 hours before needing to refill with new ice. I put roughly 35-40 cubes in at a time, which doesn't fill it up, but gives it just the right amount.

Great quality hot/cold pack. I had to use this for my daughter not long after Christmas. I filled half way with ice, and it chilled quickly. No annoying waiting forever for the pack to get cold while she is in pain. Thank you

Received a call from the school nurse that our 11 year old fell at school and hit his head, hard. We picked him up and provided an ibuprofen and put this handy ice pack on the spunk know. It worked great for reducing swelling and inflammation. The water and ice stayed inside the bag with no leaking. Post use, we simply emptied it and turned it inside out to dry. Very handy to have in the house first aid kit and much better than a bag of frozen peas. Have not tried to use as a hot pack yet.

So much better than reusable ice packs. I currently am dealing with tennis elbow, which I ice every night. The reusable ones that you freeze are useless. I just pop some ice in the bag and it stays cold for hours. Highly recommended.
