They are supportive and comfortable for running. The pocket goes all around the waist. Being super-cautious, I am going to sew tiny snaps to close the slits, but probably nothing would fall out anyway. I am 5'9" with roughly 30" waist and 38" hips. I thought the large would fit better because of my height, but I returned them (no problem) and got medium instead, which fit perfectly. When I first put them on to go 3 miles I thought they would bunch up or something, but they settled right into all my moves, and they are very comfortable. Another running regular thought I had lost weight, but they just give me a sleek look.

My favorite running/walking pants. These are higher wasted and do not slide down. Even if you have some "muffin" issues, these stay in place and compress. I feel skinnier and tighter while I'm wearing these for my workouts. I bought the capri and the full leg. I wish they had some different colors because I would buy them all!

Love these leggings! The material is opaque enough to be squat proof, soft yet slick enough to prevent chafing with running, and the waist line doesn't ride down. Will definitely order again at some point.

I can't say enough good things about these leggings! The material is high quality and better than what I've seen in much higher priced leggings. The leggings are expertly designed and the pockets in the waist are a bonus. I honestly have only one problem-I wish they came in brown, navy, gray, green, khaki-because I would buy them all. And I cannot say enough good things about customer service. This is a family owned small business and they are wonderful! Leggings are so popular (I wear them almost every day) and there are so many options and really cheap, thin, poorly constructed ones out there. You will be very very happy with this brand and will become a fan like me!
