I bought this for my husband, who has prostate problems, especially at night. I did some research and found out that pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto are both good natural supplements, to minimize prostate problems. He has been taking this supplement together with saw palmetto supplement one each at bedtime for several weeks now, and he says his symptoms have improved. I noticed that he hardly has to get up at night anymore for a bathroom visit. Compared to going 5-6 times a night before he started on the supplements, I would say there was definitely improvement. We both are happy with the results and would recommend this product.
It works just as good and is cheaper then the over the counter product
