Using hollow needles is so much better than those little ear piercing guns! This has helped a TON! I'm just a mom piercing my girls ears and this has been a life saver! The lock feature is way too tight! Others say they just tie a rubber band around it but I just gently pressed it against their ear while piercing it with my other hand. Worked great and so much cheaper than going to a professional tattoo parlor where it would have been $120 plus! Just make sure you get the right hollow needles and ear care like H2O spray for ears! No infections or any problems of the sort, just make sure to sanitize before use.

I use these to pierce my ears and they work great, but the only problem is in order to utilize the locking clamp you would basically have to crush your ear
