Returning this. Doesn't fit our 30lb 3yo very well (she looks snug, like will grow out of it in 6 months). Very basic construction. Probably safe enough but we want more for our little one. The lap bar is a nice feature.

My daughter loves it. The only problem I had was it didn't fit on the bike rack i already had. My rack was too wide so i had to take it off and use the one it came with. So if you have the 700c Schwinn Admiral Women's Hybrid Bike (the one they sell at walmart) it wont fit the pre-existing rack.
