I first discovered Artic Thyme and amazing salts while in Iceland a few years ago and was so glad to find this on Amazon. Great on roasted potatoes, fish, veggies, steaks, fish..... Great on just about any food and the Artic Thyme does have a different flavor than the traditional French thyme. It is a bit earthier and with a slight hint of lavender.

I bought some of this on a trip to Iceland and recently ran out. I love it so much I had to order some! The arctic thyme is super flavorful. I love this on pasta.

my husband and i are addicted to these salts, especially this one. THey're a little pricey but we feel well worth it. We put this on almost everything and we love the taste it brings to the table! Try this, i don't think you will be disappointed. It's not as salty as you think because it's flaky texture seems to mellow it. It really is a great addition to everything. We love all their flavors, but this one is our favorite.

found this and a bunch of other exotic salts on a visit to Iceland a couple of years ago and was very happy to not have to fly back there to restock when I ran out. Use this just before serving and your dish will take on a depth and brightness that elevates everything from your favorite eggs to salads to chicken, beef, or salmon.
