Best gluten-free pasta I have found. It would take work to overcook it enough to make it mushy - hard to mess this up.

love it! it's real gluten free and taste good... It's not like those cheap awful pasta that they sell in grocery stores where it says gluten free. those are fake don't buy it... they add sugar in it to make them taste better. this pasta is the REAL DEAL....

I love this brand I found it about seven years ago I use the small shells to make pasta salad so much more digestible I haven't used durum wheat product for years I don't have any allergies I just like the mouthfeel of it much better and it is again more digestible...!😊💖ðŸ˜

Are you sure I'm not eating regular pasta? I've had gluten free pastas in the past, but they all got mushy or had in an ingredient that I couldn't use. I love this brand and I will continue to buy it as long as they remain consistent.
