the lids don't stay on in the fridge. Overall I find it easier just to make it in a large batch or in jars that the lids to stay on.

Came with only four lids instead of five. I planned on making yogurt in these, but my recipe makes a much larger amount. I do use the four I have to send in my husband's lunch. I have some small containers with lids. this purchase was a waste of my money.

I've only used these once in making yogurt by using a recipe that did not require the sterilization process... I need to read up on this product to see if I can use these plastic containers in doing so. If I make larger quantities of yogurt I do use these little cups to store the yogurt.

I purchased this item without reading the reviews - my bad. It's incredibly flimsy and cheap feeling. There are five tiny cups which supposedly hold 5oz of yogurt - maybe if they were filled to the brim, but then they'd be unmovable into and out of the Instant Pot! No instructions were included with the item (I suspect someone else had returned it before it got sent to me), so I went online to figure out how to use it... and discovered it's pretty much useless. I then requested a return of the product from Amazon. Four days later, Amazon contacted me to see if I'd heard from the seller. I answered, No, and several hours later, the following email arrived. I have interspersed my responses:

- The item has not been used
ME: Absolutely not - it's a piece of junk, flimsy and unbelievably small for the amount of work entailed in using it.

- You have the original packaging to return the item
ME: Yes, it's wrapped and ready to go. I was shocked when I opened the package and saw what was in it.

- The reason you are returning the item
ME: It's a stupid product - produces five tiny containers of yogurt with an incredible amount of work. Note that it came without instructions: to figure out how to use it, I had to look it up online. It is MUCH easier and faster just to make a nice BIG BOWL of yogurt in the Instant Pot.

- That you aware the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the product
ME: NO. I want you to pay for the return of this piece of junk.

Okay, maybe my responses were a wee bit testy - but you can tell how annoyed I am over this cheap, flimsy, utterly useless product.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE TEENSY AMOUNTS OF YOGURT WITH A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF WORK WITH A RIDICULOUSLY COMPLEX PRODUCT THAT LIKELY WON'T LAST SIX MONTHS UNDER ROUTINE USE (in my house I'd have to make yogurt every other day with this thing to get enough for our family of three).

I use this for my silicon eggpoachers too!!!
