Along with watching what I eat, this product does keep my blood sugar at bay. This product has bunch of other nutrients that are also healthy for me and so far this product is working for and it works better than Metformine. This why I will continue to buy it. The only issue I have with is stock supply. I have recently ordered 4 bottles and only got 2 of them. Hope this review helps.
