Great bar magnet for Stamping Platform!

What a great deal! I use this on my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and it's perfect. The platform comes with 2 round magnets which are good but this bar magnet holds my paper better and I really only need to use it. I place the one magnet instead of having to place 2 magnets each time I set my paper up. I did wrap it with washi tape to make it easier to pick up and move around. Nice addition to my crafting supplies at a great price!

This is a Very strong magnet--exactly what I needed. I use it in crafting to hold down thick pieces of cardstock. I wrapped it in a piece of masking tape with "tabs" on either end to make it easier to pick up and move it. It also aids in pulling magnets apart if they have become stuck to each other (especially with the skin of a finger squashed in between). Do NOT let your children use or play with these magnets. They are not toys, and they are not regular magnets.

I'm an acupuncturist. Occasionally, a needle falls onto the floor, and it's so tiny, it's difficult to spot. I bought one of those magnets on wheels that people use to locate sewing needles or nails. It was took weak a magnet. I'd have to roll over the needle 3-4 times before it would pick it up. For that, I had to know where I dropped it.
Another acupuncturist suggested this product to me. I attached it to the magnet on wheels, and it's fabulous. It's so song, it pulls up the needles easily, even when I have no idea where they are.
