Love this bag! I have the black one in man-made leather. I agree with some of the other reviews that it is smallish if you plan to use it as a school or work bag "” but it's the perfect size if you use it as a purse. I especially like to take it with me when I travel. The convertible strap feature means it's the only purse I need to bring: wear it as a backpack while exploring during the day, then wear it as a cross-body or over-the-shoulder when going out to dinner at night. The convertible feature has also saved me from having to check my bag in places that don't allow backpacks (e.g., museums and concert venues). And no need to worry about getting caught in the rain with the man-made leather. Lastly, I've been surprised by how durable this bag is (I've had it a few years now and it looks like new).

I bought this backpack to travel to Europe, understanding that backpacks are usually not the safest bet but this "very cute" backpack has a deep zipper pocket in the center and also one hidden next to your back. I love this beautiful bag and found it very light and comfortable. It's also beautifully made and looks classy. I'm thinking of getting another color. I highly recommend it!

I love that this one is better balanced in the handbag form that my last one, and is a little bigger but still compact. I fits everything I want in the spring/summer but I doubt it'll hold my scarves and gloves and such in the winter. My only gripes are that I wish it was a tad more structured, especially in the bottom. It's not flimsy, just less stiff than my preference. And I wish the zipper went all the way down like my last bag, it makes it easier to reach things that may have buried themselves at the bottom of your bag. The material and zippers are good quality though, and converting it is fast and easy. I also kinda wish it had metal feet. Otherwise, it's quite perfect and serves my purposes perfectly.
