I searched and searched for a bag of some sort to bring on a trip to Europe. I wanted something larger in size that would be secure but I didn't want an actual tote bag that I would have to carry on my shoulder everyday. I ended up choosing a cross body bag and this bag as well. It was sufficient. The cross body bag held all of my important items and felt super secure. This bag I used on the flight and on the train. The good thing about it was that it did feel secure because you have to go in through the back of it to access your items. (The zipper part of it is up against your back so no one can reach into it.) However that was also the down side - it was a pain to take it off and unzip it from the back every single time. Overall it was fine, but I don't see myself using it again unless I go somewhere that I am concerned about security.

I've had this bag for about 10 months or so. I would say I've used this daily (on and off since I work from home). It's held up pretty well. No issues except that recently one of the zippers broke out of nowhere. The little pull tab not the zipper itself. The bag itself is still functional though and can hold a lot of things without being too heavy. Can hold a 16.9oz water bottle in the side pocket too. I like that I can have this as a side bag or backpack. And that the zipper opening is in the back.
