I purchased this for my Niece's 4th birthday party. It was a Trolls theme, and this skirt was perfect.She absolutely loved it. Each color is a seperate piece of fabric, so I just found some little white shorts for her to wear underneath. It was a little underwhelming when I first took it out of the package, but I took each ribbon and ran my straightener over it (just like you would a piece of hair) and it was amazing how much better it looked. It looked twice as poofy.

We ordered this skirt for my daughter's 4th birthday almost a year ago as she was having a rainbow-themed party. She wore this skirt with the Angelina Rainbow Knee Socks and couldn't have been cuter. She LOVES this skirt and every time she wears it, I get asked where we got it. One thing to note is that each color is a separate piece of tulle and they are not sewn together at the bottom at all, so your child will need to wear shorts underneath the skirt. When they sit down, the different sections of tulle fall to the side so their thighs, etc. show. Just something to be aware of. We love this skirt and have since given more as birthday gifts for friends and they have loved them equally as much!

I think I got the largest size for my daughter's 9th birthday - it fit her fine (she's pretty skinny). It looks exactly like the picture - she loved it - its fairly fluffy and no gaps between the colors. I could never get the bow to tie correctly, but otherwise, this was a nice item (compared to the prices on Etsy!)

This is a single payer tutu and the colors are divided. In other words, there are 13 or so strips of material with ribbons sewn to the bottom. This is very short. You will need leggings under it or use it for a dance with leotards under it. As long as this is what you are looking for, it's great. I expected more layers and for the strips to be sewn together and as I ordered a L or 12 I expected it to be longer.
