I just got this sauce and I love it! A hardy smoke flavor makes this an excellent soy sauce. I am guessing there are not many reviews because it is pricey but it goes a long way and makes other foods so much better I think it is worth it and comes in a large bottle. When I go to an Asian restaurant I am going to bring this along as it is superior to the usual brands used.
