Excellent quality water beads.

I bought these water beads for our three boys and two of them have sensory processing disorder.
They were a big hit and my husband and I really enjoy them, too!
The beads took around six hours to grow to the full size and we followed the directions to make a batch of them.
The bag was so much smaller than expected but looks are really deceiving because there are quite a bit of them and they should last a long time.
We plan on getting as many uses out of a batch as we can by keeping them clean and taken care of.
The colors are great and my kids really like the clear ones because they are almost invisible in the water so we made a game of it.
I have a foot spa so I'm going to have to try them in it now.
I seen other reviewers saying they break easily and we have not had one broken bead and my kids were squishing them pretty hard.
I pinched one as hard as I could and it split in half so I am thinking people may be letting them soak in the water too long.
These are great quality water beads and I highly recommend this brand!
The seller is also great and promptly responded to a message I sent them.
We will buy more when we run out!
I want to add one more thing that these have absolutely no smell to them, unlike other brands that give off a chemical like smell.

My students LOVE these beads! The feel of them is AWESOME! They even make a great stress ball reliever! I use them at my "Calm Down" desk.
They are great for building my student's fine motor skills. I set up a color sorting center. They used small measuring spoons to scoop them into smaller cups for sorting and counting. I used them with my DoodleHog Art Trays. They are the perfect depth to hold the beads so they don't roll out and onto the ground. Doodle Hog Crafts Arts and Crafts Multi Purpose Medium Organizer Tray Set, Medium (Pack of 4)

I got these as they were less money that the brand name Orbeez. My daughter was so excited to play with them because they use these to help with her sensory issues in occupational therapy. 2 stars since they grew in water like they're supposed to. But that's where it gets UGLY.
Unfortunately, despite us following the directions exactly, these generic ones turn to mush shortly after they are strained. We tried changing the amounts of water vs. beads as well as wrapping in a towel to dry afterwards.Nothing worked. They never completely dry and disintegrate as soon as you touch them. It was very disappointing since playing with them is a close runner up to watching them grow in the water. Next time I'll get the brand name.

What's not to like? We pour a bunch into our two year old daughter's water table, and then she watches them grow and loves to play with them. No matter what we're doing in the house, she will frequently stop to announce "back yard, play water beads now!
Here's a secret: I sometimes catch my wife alone in the backyard, playing with the water beads. She is fascinated by them. A grown ass woman. Just sitting there, squishing the water beads by herself. What a weirdo.

My kiddo asked for them after his therapist introduced the "water beads" (Marvel beads) in a session. They have provided hours of fun for him and his friends, whom are ages 4 years old through 9 years old. They are tiny beads that increase in size when combined with water. They are a jelly-like, squishy, and a slippery texture when enlarged.
The bag of marvel beads seems small, but a little goes a long way. They are non-toxic, eco-friendly. Only 1 tsp of the beads are combined with 3 cups of water. Let the mixture sit for a few hours. I added an additional tsp of beads and 3 cups of water partway through the time. This created smaller beads with the big beads. The kids really liked the variety of sizes.
The package says they are reusable. We haven't had them long enough to see if they will shrink and can be used again. The bigger the beads get, (the longer they sit in the water) the more prone to breakage they become. Still very few of the 2 tsp of beads used, have broken after play.
Great for small motor skill practice and can be a soothing toy for kiddos with anxiety. Also wonderful for sensory. Great value. Fast shipping!
