Works well, but I like the older generation much better. Pros I like that this one is more compact, has a nice case, and uses disposable batteries. The older, bigger unit was easier to use and the buttons were bigger. Cons this one is harder to navigate. The button is small and you have to press it just right to get it to do what you want. It's gotten easier with practice though. In my opinion, I gave it 3 stars because of the design of the button only. It is reliable and gets the job done though.

Wish I could give it no stars. Used for a little over a year and it worked well. Monitored temperature regularly. However this past month it gave me a few extra green days. I ended up getting pregnant. Do not trust this method of birth control unless you are ok with the possibility of becoming pregnant.

Love this little gem. It is pretty pricey, but it accurately measures my temp and helps me chart! It also knows exactly when my new cycle is set to begin. You can also set it like a little alarm clock to remind you to use it every morning.
