These are so expensive in the stores, and they're usually very brittle. Drop it once and forget it. I have very thick hair, so breaking off the teeth is a problem. Not with these. So far, fabulous! Dropped, stuffed with more hair than they should, baked in the sun--they're going strong. The colors are very cheerful jewel tones.

I was looking for a hair clip with a strong spring to hold my hair up. My hair is really long and heavy and every clip I bought at a local store it just wasn't strong enough. The spring on these are really strong and I'm not having any problems!

I had almost given up trying to find a clip for my hair that didn't break in a week's time. These have held up well for me. I especially like that the spring is stronger on these clips and they hold my hair in place. Much better that the Scunci clips

The clips are too small for my hair type. I have medium length hair, not thick and not thin. I like to pull my hair back in a pony tail, twist the tail and clip my hair up while doing work around the house and outside. However, this clip is too small to hold all my hair.
