Functionally it is excellent. As I had hoped, it is helping with hemorrhoids, but is even better than I expected as I have not had itching or pain since beginning using the bidet.
Installation was difficult due to the design allowing for a seemingly unnecessary variety of settings, as there are really only 2 common sizes for toilets, having the connection be able to fit over 100 different possibilities just made it difficult to set where it needed to be.

Bought this for my 85 year old mother after a spinal injury was making life difficult. She loves it. But the funny thing is my DAD loves it as well. It was no trouble to install other than their 20 year old house's water valves near the toilets failed to shut off water. We had to cut off the water to the whole house. Other than that, it was quick and easy. The nice thing about all these devices is they are self-cleaning, and keep the toilet clean too.
Can't think of any improvements.

The present revision of this product solves several complaints raised about previous and/or competing products.
The provided valve provides a useful range of water volumes out of the box.
The all-brass valve enclosure appears to minimize the risk of destructive water leaks which plague many competing products.
Installation is still easy.
The 90 degree swivel in the intake hose makes installation even easier.
The cold-water only feature is not a problem for me.
With teflon tape, I had no difficulty getting leak-free connections between the intake hose and fittings.
Price is still good -- a real bargain.

Terrible and annoying

Doesn't fit the toilet properly- The toilet seat was wobbly because if it, The design is too wide, You can't clean underneath the huge plastic piece the goes across the width of the toilet, already cracked at the base because of the seat constantly moving because you can't tighten it enough. I hate it
Pressure starts at high and goes up from there.

The install was easy. It is fairly adjustable. Using it will lead to a cleaner bum after a number two.
What I didn't like about it is that the pressure control is a joke. The first click from OFF does nothing on my unit, and the second click opens up a small jet, which only gets stronger with each additional click.
One thing that wasn't clear to me until i installed it was this bidet mounts in between the toilet and the toilet seat. As such it causes the rear end of the toilet seat to be raised by the height of the bidet base. It would be nice if the base were slimmer in order reduce the rise. Sitting on the seat is now slightly less comfortable after installation due to the loss of level.
