When I got this, just as another reviewer said, the box was beat to pieces and torn. It had sat in the rain at some point to where the contents had surface rust in places. Instructions were terrible. There is NO anti-tilt device included as advertised. Not sure what they mean in the description by anti-theft, but there was nothing of that sort in there either. I can fix any shortcomings it may have for use (sturdiness/capacity) as other have stated. I haven't used it yet, but if it weren't for the trouble of re-boxing and return I would have returned.

Luckily I found a good youtube by searching the model #. Saved me some time since he found out that the ramp holder brackets share bolts with the suspenders. I was also missing 5 washers and one of the wing nuts didn't even have threads. Couldn't find wing nuts that would work but found Metric cuts that worked on one of the welded on bolts. The second bolt seems to be cross threaded already so its a one off for now. Seems sturdy enough for now. Got it for my brand new Tallaria Sting R. I'll be setting up a 2" receiver for the front of my van so I can use the rear for my trailer.
